Our Guest Curator Evalyn Daniel-Putnam selected for you...
July 7 - November 8, 2016

"The world art market has become more accessible, vast, and exciting. I am devoted to bringing unique art to our clients' attention, choosing appropriate works that will help synthesize their design objectives."
- Evalyn Daniel-Putnam

Evalyn Daniel-Putnam
, Founder and President of Daniel Fine Art Services, has successfully applied her love of art and creative sensitivity to become a valuable resource in the art consulting world. For 30 years she has gathered innumerable artists and a team of experts to provide a unique, signature image for hotels, restaurants, and civic art programs, as well as corporate and private collections.

Daniel Fine Art Services is a premier international art consulting firm, providing art for the hospitality industry as well as corporate and private collectors. Evalyn and her team work as a liaison between collectors, artists, architects, and designers. DFAS provides paintings, sculpture, and works on paper from regional and international galleries, as well as working with emerging and established artists to custom design art for specific locations.

We asked Evalyn to be our Guest Curator this month and select her favorite works from our current collection of sculptures online and in the gallery. Scroll down to view the selected works. Please call or email the gallery for more information about the works shown.

Curator's Narrative:
Evalyn visualizes the first four pieces as major lobby or entrance pieces that would create a focal point. DFAS often encounters requirements for large-scale sculpture such as these.

Evalyn feel the next two works by Ivan McLean and VC Smith would enhance exterior corridors and intimate garden spaces with pops of color and surprise elements.

In our business we are often asked to provide interesting works that capture the "personality" of the project. Evalyn has chosen the final group of five sculptures as pieces that show a range from contemporary/abstract to sensitive to humorous.
